Charmaine Idzerda (AMP) has been in the financial industry since 1981. In 2003 Charmaine decided to specialize in mortgages. In 2006 she received her Mortgage Broker license and founded Verico Designer Mortgages Inc. Charmaine’s business is built on referrals, many clients happy with her service have recommended their family and friends.
Charmaine is an active member of her community serving on the board of St Vincent de Paul society since 2004. St Vincent de Paul is an organization that helps the less fortunate in the community. Charmaine truly believes "There but for the Grace of God go I”. She is passionate about what she does, in her consultation with clients she emphasizes the importance of a budget, she always wants to be sure that the mortgage is affordable. Sometimes now is not the right time to buy a home, however it is always the right time to put a plan in place to work towards owning your first home.
